The GCG process supervision is conducted continuously by Mandiri Sekuritas’ Board of Commissioners and Directors accordingly to the applicable laws and regulations.
Mandiri Sekuritas has GCG structure which consists of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Committees working directly under the Board of Commissioners and Directors.
Mandiri Sekuritas has successfully received the “Trusted” predicate (Indonesia Trusted Companies) on the CGPI assessment by IICG.
