Recently, Mandiri Sekuritas completed the largest M&A project in the history of the Indonesian telecommunications industry, namely between PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Telekomunikasi Selular and the IndiHome Business Segment.

On 27 June 2023, Telkom and Telkomsel signed a deed of separation or Deed Spin-off Agreement, which the President Directors of both companies signed as part of the integration process between Indihome and Telkomsel. In the Spin-off, Telkomsel issued shares equivalent to IDR 58.3 trillion for Telkom. This transaction will increase Singtel's effective ownership in Telkomsel to 30.1% and Telkom's increase to 69.9%.

This integration will encourage fixed mobile convergence (FMC), which can help the Telkom Group to respond to customer’s needs and create synergies through the expansion of its customer network.
