Mandiri Sekuritas continues to strengthen its position as a leader in Indonesia’s capital market industry by strategically expanding throughout the region. Today, Mandiri Sekuritas officially introduced Mandiri Securities Pte Ltd (Mandiri Securities Singapore), a new subsidiary that is part of Indonesia's largest financial institution. In early 2017, Mandiri Sekuritas was awarded Jasa Pasar Modal (Capital Markets Services) license from Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), which are Deal in Securities (Bond & Equities) and Advise on Corporate Finance. With the new subsidiary Mandiri Securities Singapore, Mandiri Sekuritas become the only investment bank in Indonesia with licenses and capabilities to conduct capital market business in Singapore that includes handling international bond issuance of G3 (bonds with three global currencies of US Dollar, Yen and Euro).

In March 2017, Mandiri Securities Singapore successfully completed its mandate as Joint Lead Manager & Bookrunner for issuing Global Sukuk Republik Indonesia. Global Sukuk that is worth a total US $ 3 billion with 5 and 10 years tenor was welcomed by the international market who noticed the demand of up to US $ 10.9 billion with negative predicate of the new premium. Proud to say, this initial transaction by Mandiri Securities Singapore is issued by the Government.
Furthermore, in April 2017 Mandiri Securities Singapore has successfully issued the first US Dollar corporate bonds from PT Saka Energi Indonesia. The 7-years transaction of US$ 625 Million was recorded with a demand of up to 7 times and compression of 42.5 points from the premium price.
