Bogor, 16 November 2022 – PT Mandiri Sekuritas (Mandiri Sekuritas/Company) in collaboration with the Citarum-Ciliwung Watershed Management Center (BPDAS) and the Faculty of Forestry and Environment, Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB University) carried out a Foster Tree Planting activity in the Forest Park, at IPB University Campus. This activity, which involved more than 70 volunteers from Mandiri Sekuritas, BPDAS Citarum-Ciliwung, and IPB University, planted more than 400 trees, including Rambutan, jackfruit, avocado, Matoa, and durian.

Oki Ramadhana, President Director of Mandiri Sekuritas said, “We are very happy to be able to carry out this activity and we thank to BPDAS Citarum-Ciliwung and IPB University for their cooperation in executing a real environmental contribution. This activity is a form of Mandiri Sekuritas’ contribution in preserving and supporting environmental sustainability, where we not only plant trees, but also take care of them to ensure long-term benefits for the environment and the surrounding community.”

This Foster Tree Planting activity is part of Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program titled Mandiri Sekuritas Peduli which consists of 4 pillars, namely: Financial Literacy, Education, Donations, and the Environment. Environmental pillars have been implemented in various themes, such as campaigns to save energy, plastic, and water as well as waste management.
