Through its Advisory service, Mandiri Sekuritas’ Investment Banking team lead by Harold Tjiptadjaja became the lead advisor in the integration of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) and PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) to form an airport cluster subholding, PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia or InJourney Airports.

This integration aims to strengthen air connectivity roadmap in Indonesia by creating a seamless management process between the eastern and western regions of the country.

Erick Thohir, Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE), said that this integration is an adaptive form of SOE in facing changing times. Furthermore, the integration also makes InJourney the 5th largest operator in the world.
