Mandiri Sekuritas supports the TIIWG Road to G20: SOE International Conference “Driving Sustainable & Inclusive Growth” event which was held by the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) for two days, in Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center, 17-18 October 2022. On the first day, the SOE International Conference presented with high profile speakers from home and abroad for domestic and foreign investors.

Investor Talks: SOE’s Commitment on Net Zero Emission (NZE) by 2060

Oki Ramadhana, President Director of Mandiri Sekuritas, was the moderator in the SOE’s Commitment on NZE by 2060 session. The distinguished speakers in high profile panel were Atep Salyadi Dariah Saputra – Strategy, Portfolio and Business Development Director of Pertamina, Darmawan Prasodjo – CEO of PLN, Hendi Prio Santoso – CEO of MIND ID, and Toto Nugroho – CEO of IBC.

In this session, the SOEs highlights their strategy in reducing carbon footprint which has been implemented and moving forward as well as their views on future investments and collaborations to ensure that 2060 net zero emission target is achieved.

Investor Talks: New Energy Dialogue

Mandiri Sekuritas Managing Director of Investment Banking; Harold Tjiptadjaja moderated this session with outstanding speakers: Wiluyo Kusdwiharto – Director of New and Renewable Energy at PLN, Dannif Danusaputro – CEO of Pertamina Power Indonesia, and Vishal Argawal – Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company.

The discussion focused on the new energy development to replace fossil fuel-reliant energy sources.

Investor Talks: Energy Transition Mechanism (ETM) Acceleration

Adrian Joezer, Head of Equity Research and Strategy of Mandiri Sekuritas moderated this session with distinguished speakers: Edwin Syahruzad – CEO of Sarana Multi Infrastruktur, Harold Tjiptadjaja – Director of Investment Banking of Mandiri Sekuritas, Hartanto Wibowo – Director of Corporate Planning and Business Development of PLN, and Rafli Yandra – Director of Business Development of Bukit Asam.

An acceleration scheme for early retirement of coal plants was one of the main topics in this exciting discussion.

The Telkom’s Data Center (DC) session was moderated by John William Asali, Co-Head of Investment Banking - Advisory of Mandiri Sekuritas with distinguished panel of speakers: Budi Setyawan Wijaya – Director Strategic Portfolio of Telkom Indonesia and Andreuw Th. A. F. – CEO of NeutraDC.

This session discussed about the DC’s comprehensive strategy in both regional and global markets.
