Jakarta, 21 April, 2022 – PT Mandiri Sekuritas (the Company) together with its shareholder, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, has held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2021 Fiscal Year on Thursday, 21 April, 2022. The AGMS decided three points of change to the composition of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.

Firstly, the AGMS has decided to appoint Arief Ariyana as the new Commissioner of Mandiri Sekuritas. Currently Arief also serves as SEVP of Corporate Banking at Bank Mandiri apart from being a Commissioner of Mandiri Sekuritas.

Secondly, the AGMS has decided to reappoint Endra Gunawan as Commissioner and Silva Halim as Director of Mandiri Sekuritas.

Thirdly, after serving as Director of Mandiri Sekuritas for two terms, the AGMS has decided to end Heru Handayanto's term of office as Director of Operations.

During the vacant position of the Director of Operations, Oki Ramadhana, the President Director of Mandiri Sekuritas will serve as Temporary Officer, while Heru will serve as the SEVP of the Operations Directorate.
