Appointed as Director of PT Mandiri Sekuritas on 14 April 2020. She has over 30 years’ experience in the banking industry, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, Jakarta (1994) and a Master’s degree in Management from IPB University (2003).

Theodora Vinca Natalie Manik was appointed as the Director of Retail & Strategy on April 14th 2020. She had worked for 23 years within PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Starting from her first year of service in 1996, she was appointed as Assistant Manager in 1997-1999, became a Chief Executive Officer at EXIM (1997-1999) and subsequently served as First Senior Manager (2003-2004), Senior Manager (2004-2011), Assistant Vice President (2011-2012), and most recently served as Vice President of Bank Mandiri (2015-2019) before joining Mandiri Sekuritas.
